From the first meeting with Daniel, I knew my life would begin to change for the better. Little did I know it would be a complete transformation-body, mind and spirit. I have been working with Daniel since July, 2006. I have always exercised but did not know how to "train". Daniel`s style is so motivating, educational and really fun. He is the true professional.

In April, 2003, I suffered a severe stroke and had left side paralysis. I achieved a 95% recovery. With Daniel`s training, I have improved by balance and strength significantly to almost 100%. I am stronger and healthier than I have been since my teenage years. I am in my mid-50`s and feel better than I have in 20 years.

Daniel`s commitment to his client`s overall health is such a motivator. Every day I see Daniel is exciting and challenging. Without Daniel, I would be doing the same thing I had done for years with little to show for it. I now have muscles and strength I thought I was too old to achieve.
