It’s frustrating that some trainers are either not properly educated, don’t know what they’re doing, or don’t live or look like they practice what they preach. It gives personal training a bad reputation.

So what can you expect when you become a client of InWard Motion? You can expect my knowledge, structure, expertise and people skills will lead you to realistic goals. Not someone who will waste your time talking in between exercises or not keep you motivated with constant challenges. In every approach, I will go out of my way and push you to meet your wants, needs and goals as you exhibit the discipline and persistence to work hard all while having fun along the way. I love what I do and take my profession seriously so you can enjoy a healthy and fit life.

InWard Motion Rocks! My relationship with Daniel is definitely a Love/Hate relationship. I have always been pretty athletic and Healthy. Daniel has taken me to an ENTIRE new level. The nutrition program keeps me losing the pounds and yet eating all day. I have always been a "dieter" and now I eat regular healthy food all day long. The work out program is a blast...definitely hard and for sure challenging. There is never a dull moment between the cardio, weight & strength training. With the Customized Program which he created for me, I have and continue to change my body composition and shape. I LOVE IT!
