Semi-Private Training 

  • Do you think a semi-private training approach sounds fun, spirited and most of all...cheaper? All this and you can still get the special attention of a one-on-one session with a perfect atmosphere for team building. Specializing in semi-private training, a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 5 people are required. 60 minute sessions only.

12-Week Training Program and Nutrition Plan


  • Includes all assessments, a fully individualized training program and nutrition plan divided in three 4-week increments. A maintenance program will follow the completion of the 12 weeks.

Although there is no personal training in this plan, individual sessions are $40 and a minimum of 3 will be needed in order to properly instruct and educate.

12-Week Nutrition Plan

  • In addition to the presentation of the plan and all assessments, which includes individualized journaling and meal planning, recipes and supplementation advice and body composition measurements, phone and email conseling are included as well as 3 one-on-one meetings. 

  

4-12 Week Training Program

  • Includes a fully individualized  training program with exercises you've never done before for the time frame specified and all assessments and body composition measurements.

Although there is no personal training in this plan, individual sessions are $40 and 1 to 3 will be needed in order to properly instruct and educate depending on the length of program desired.

After having a baby and feeling my body become something unrecognizable, I thought my goals for toning and weight loss were far fetched. I have worked out a lot in my life and felt like I knew what to do. Sometimes you just need that extra help. Daniel really pushed me, motivated me and helped me achieve my goals. His patience and easy going demeanor are real assets. Once I had my body "back", I felt so good I had to continue. I look forward to my twice weekly workouts with Daniel.
